Queer & LGBTQ+ couples therapy · Online, Australia-wide
Queer Love Lounge is online couples therapy for queer and LGBTQ+ relationships, right across Australia. Warm, practical, and built for the way you actually love.
Queer and Aboriginal-led. You never have to translate yourselves before we can begin.
Grounded in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and Esther Perel’s approach to desire and difference.
No blame, no sides. I’m here for the relationship — not for one of you over the other.
Meet from your own couch, wherever you are in the country. Every relationship welcome.
For every kind of us
Together for years or just beginning. Married, or building something without a template. Monogamous, open or poly. Same-gender, trans and gender-diverse partners — all of you, welcome.
How the work goes
We get curious about the pattern you’re stuck in and the stories you’ve each come to believe, then build small, repeatable ways to turn towards each other instead of away. Sessions are online, from your own space — which often makes the harder conversations a little easier.
Who you’ll be with
An Accredited Mental Health Social Worker and ANZAED-credentialed clinician, trained in the Gottman Method (Level 2) and Esther Perel’s approach — and queer and Aboriginal-led. So much couples work quietly assumes a straight, cisgender template and asks you to translate yourselves first. Here, you don’t.

Common questions
Yes. Every relationship structure is genuinely welcome here, and you won’t have to explain or justify yours before we can begin.
For most couples, yes. It’s how Queer Love Lounge is built — online, so we can work together wherever you are in Australia, from your own space.
That’s completely normal — often one person reaches out first. You’re both welcome exactly as you are, and we start wherever you’re each at.
Book a first session (90 minutes, $330), or email first with any questions. Ongoing sessions are 75 minutes ($280). It’s a private fee — couples therapy isn’t covered by Medicare rebates.
